Two bead-to-bead plies of smooth riding polyester under the tread with two circumferential belts of steel. Reducing rolling resistance, road wander and enhanced road hazard protection.

The Goodyear classic radial tread design is mindful of both full-fendered and open wheel fitments. Stone ejection efficiency is carefully addressed to avoid star chipping on your beautiful paint.
Hydro-planning, always a possibility, resulted in a unique Goodyear design of channels coupled with aggressive shoulder ejection ports to effectively accommodate increased volumes of water, allowing you to maintain maximum vehicle control.

Recommended PSI: 35 PSI. Low air pressure can cause the sidewall to crack or lead to tire failure.
Mounting/Balancing Recommendations: Static balance with the weights on the inside of the tire only in order to protect the soft whitewall. This also gives a more pleasing appearance. Recommend the use of lug centric balancing over hub centric. Due to the cosmetic whitewall insert these tires may take 3 to 5 ounces to balance, this is normal.
Made in the USA. The whitewalls are molded into the tire, not added on after the tires are made.
Caution: When converting a bias to a radial, the 75 series will be closer to the 80 series bias size. The 70 series may rub in in some applications, especially with fender skirts.
All listed measurements are non-scientific and may change with different rim widths.
Never mix bias and radials on the same vehicle because the vehicle may steer uncontrollably.
Old rims can often be out-of-round and should be carefully checked before mounting.
Older rims designed for bias-ply tires may crack if used with modern radials, as the radial places more stress on the wheels.

Tires must be returned in the same condition as shipped and not mounted. We cannot accept tires that have been mounted.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you run inner-tubes with your tires, it is imperative that you carefully inspect and remove all stickers on the inside of the tires. We have found as many as six inspection stickers. They are not always easy to remove. We have used a hair dryer to loosen them up. If you do not remove these stickers, they can puncture your inner-tubes and cause a flat tire which could be a safety-hazard. Please call us if you have any questions on this important issue.

Note: How to protect your White Walls and Raised White Lettering
Statement concerning the protection of the white walls: Upon receipt of your Goodyear wide white wall or raised white letter classic tires, and prior to the fitment to the vehicle, do not allow the black portion of any other tire to encounter the white wall or raised white letters of the tires being installed. Should this happen you will notice a radius or circumferential brown carbon black transfer stain. This stain only happens during the process of tire installation when the tires are unwrapped and most vulnerable. This stain can be successfully removed, however not with conventional white wall cleaners. Please make sure the tire technician doing the installing of your classic Goodyear tires is fully aware of the proper handling procedures.
