Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of the purchased merchandise, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must be the original purchaser. Please request an RMA prior to shipment of the merchandise to us. It is best to call us at 760-731-8303 to discuss the proposed return prior to any shipment. Several types of merchandise are exempt from being returned. They are:
1)  Merchandise that has been damaged will not be returnable under any circumstances.
2) Custom or specially ordered wheels and tires built to your requested specifications.
3)  Wheels that have been mounted with tires.
4)  Tires that have been mounted.
5)  Close-out and discontinued items.

To complete your return, we require the invoice supplied to you when the purchase was made and the return must have an RMA number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All approved returns made with an RMA are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Cancellations

Once production begins on your wheels, deposits made, if eligible, will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. On custom made wheels, such as with gold plating, stainless steel materials, custom sizes, powder coating, custom widths, custom spoke counts or custom back spacing, the agreed-upon deposit made is non-refundable. Credit card fees on charges made of 3% are not refundable


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and return your item to:

Shipping
To return your product, you should ship your product to: Motorspot, Inc., 427 Industrial Way Unit C, Fallbrook, CA, 92028, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A 3% credit card fee incurred when the merchandise was originally purchased will be deducted from the refunded proceeds.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item with a value of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend using FedEx. Let us know the tracking number(s) and request a receipt.
